By accessing and using Bizily ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
Bizily is a web-based time tracking and invoicing application designed for consultants, freelancers, and small businesses. The Service allows you to track time, manage projects and clients, generate invoices, and handle business administration tasks.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes, subject to these Terms.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZILY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bizily from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for other legitimate business reasons.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bizily regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
